We reserve the right to make any necessary changes.
Products are listed on the site as being available or out-of-stock. If a product is purchased that is out-of-stock, the order will be placed on back-order and dispatched as soon as it becomes available from the supplier. Redi Cruisers will endeavour to give an accurate lead time to goods being available, but all lead times are estimates and may vary from the given dates.
We recommend all parts be fitted by a qualified professional or competent person. Some parts are supplied without fitting instructions as they are intended to be fitted by qualified professionals.
While Redi Cruisers endeavours to adequately list fitment for vehicle-specific parts, each state, territory and country differs in its rules and regulations regarding the compliance of road-going vehicles. It is up to you as the buyer to ensure that the part you order is compliant to use in your state, territory or country and safe to use with your vehicle.

Pricing is always shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. We take every precaution to ensure that pricing and availability is accurate, but you acknowledge that from time to time pricing may be wrong due to typographical errors or oversites. In this instance, we may decide to cancel your order and issue a full refund, even after you have paid, and the order has been accepted by us. Refunds will be paid within 5 working days by the same method that is used to pay for the parts.
An order is not finalised and will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Orders are only processed and dispatched during normal business hours as listed on the website.

You are responsible for providing us with all the correct credit card or account details and you agree that that the credit card or account is your own, or you are an authorised party to use such methods of payment. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment method before proceeding with the order.
If your payment is dishonoured or reversed, you must make the payment again immediately to avoid dispatch delay. If your payment is reversed or dishonoured after the product is dispatched, we reserve the right to recover the amount and any other expenses associated with recovering the debt through a court of law.
