This site is owned and operated by Triple R 4×4 Pty Ltd. ABN 83 165 526 063, trading as Redi Cruisers. By registering or ordering from this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
An order that is processed using Paypal or Afterpay and then cancelled by the customer for any other reason other than an agreed warranty claim, will incur a fee of 2.6% of the sale to cover the Paypal or Afterpay Merchant fees.
Redi Cruisers is a supplier of aftermarket accessories and products and in no way related to manufacturers and distributors. All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranties and any warranty repairs or returns will be honored by Redi Cruisers with the approval of the manufacturer of that product, according to their warranty procedures and policies.
Warranties vary depending on the product. For more information see parts description, manufacturer’s websites or packaging information and instructions.
Any goods to be returned through Redi Cruisers for warranty purposes must be shipped back to our warehouse at buyer’s expense. It is up to the manufacturer’s discretion to reimburse any shipping costs for returned goods.
Redi Cruisers has a 30-day return policy. All returned items must be returned in saleable condition with original packaging and proof of purchase/invoice. All returns must be shipped back to Redi Cruisers’ warehouse at buyer’s expense.
You can return a product to us if it is faulty, incorrectly described or of unacceptable quality or unsafe to use.
Under Australian Consumer Law we can refuse to give you a free repair, replacement or refund if:
- you simply changed your mind
- you misused the product or service in a way that contributed to the problem
- you asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business, or were unclear about what you wanted
- a problem with a service was completely outside of the business’ control.

Orders are only dispatched during normal business hours listed on the website. If you purchase your product outside of normal business hours, your order will be processed for dispatch the next business day. Shipping times may vary. Shipping information will be provided to the customer when goods are dispatched.
We use a 3rd Party supplier for shipping. Redi Cruisers will always undertake to provide adequate packaging to avoid goods damaged during shipping. Our responsibility for damage ends when the goods leave our warehouse. Shipping/freight insurance is available and advised on all orders of high value. If damage has occurred during shipping, please advise us and the relevant courier.
Most of the services used do not offer a redelivery service so it is advised that there should be someone present for delivery or a safe place to leave the goods. The delivery services we offer do not ship to PO boxes or locked mail bags. A residential or business address needs to be supplied for shipping purposes.
